Apricot with Violet

We've mixed our favorite locally grown apricots with hand foraged violets from the midwest.

Every year when we travel to the midwest we forage heavenly scented, tiny wild violets. We added a hint of our handmade violet liqueur to the peak of summer apricots that taste like candy off the tree.

This jam tastes perfect on a spoon straight of the jar. Or with some goat cheese.

The jam is also perfect for a brunch and makes a lovely gift for the holidays.

Ingredients: Apricots, sugar, wild violet infused vodka, wild violets.

Dolly Plum

A gorgeous pale yellow plum, the Dolly plum is sweet and juicy when it arrives mid summer.

We picked up a few and turned these plums into a sweet jam with a hint of tart, chewy plum at the very end.

This golden jam is perfect for scones and on a cheese tray with some lovely French soft cheeses.

Ingredients: Dolly plums, sugar, lemon juice.

Dried Apricots with Elderflower

We've taken locally grown sweet summer apricots and soaked them with our blend of locally grown elderflower syrup.

These apricot halves taste like sweet candy from the tree.

Perfect to add to your cheese board or eat as an afternoon snack.

Ingredients: Apricots, sugar, water, elderflowers.

Jam of the Month Club - Half Year Membership

The jams of the season will be delivered to that special someone all year long. The jam lover will always have a jar available as a special treat!

We ship two pre-selected jams to our members every other month for a total of 6 jams for a six month membership. (Jam shipments are made 3 times.)

We've candied tiny, tangy kumquat fruit for this rich, delectable jam. An amazing taste experience for your palate, the tiny citrus kumquat fruit is tart on the inside and have a sweet finish with the peel. Unlike most other citrus fruits - you eat kumquats whole, peel and all!

We've added a hint of spring elderflowers for a lovely kumquat spring marmalade.

The jam tastes lovely with some light goat cheese and crackers as an appetizer for your dinner parties.
