Blackberry with Basil

One of our new favorite micro batch flavors.

We hand picked blackberries at one of our favorite north coast farms this summer. They were sweet, gigantic and one of the best summer fruits we found.

We cooked one small batch and added a hint of home grown basil for jam that will knock socks off.

Our friends say "Best jam I've ever had! Counter lickin good... nothing will go to waste!"

This deep dark spread is perfect with a nice light triple cream cheese or on any breakfast scone.

Greengage Plum - Reine Claude Plum

Our award winning Greengage Plum returns!

With heavy winter snow last winter and a lot of moisture in the ground, our greengage plum tree gave us loads of plums.

These tiny, green plums melt in your mouth and have an intoxicating floral aroma. The greengage plum - known as the Reine Claude - are known as some of the finest European plums available.

This Good Food Award winning jam turns the flavor into a sweet, tart perfect plum jam.

This jar comes gift wrapped in hand printed paper ready for gift giving.

Jam of the Month Club - Half Year Membership

Treat a friend or family member (or yourself) to our Jam of the Month Club for 3 months.

The jams of the season will be delivered to that special someone all year long. The jam lover will always have a jar available as a special treat!

We ship two pre-selected jams to our members every other month for a total of 6 jams for a six month membership. (Jam shipments are made 3 times.)

Upon joining the club, the first jam shipment will be sent along with an introduction package. All jams are pre-selected for club members.

Candied Yuzu

One of our very local growers has an old tree full of yuzu fruit.

This exotic citrus fruit is prized for it's heavenly scent and flavor that is like like a lime with a hints of grapefruit and sour orange. When we were prepping the fruit for this jam, we filled the entire kitchen (and building) with the lovely scent of the yuzu.

The yuzu fruit is rarely grown in the US and we are thrilled we can bring this flavor to you.

We've slow cooked this citrus for days to bring you a new candy flavor. We've sprinkled on some korean chile flakes and rolled the candy in sugar for a lovely candied citrus.

Garlic Scapes with Spring Herbs

When one of our farmers had garlic scapes this year, we jumped at the chance to get a box of them! Usually we only see scapes on the east coast.

Garlic scapes are the flower stems produced from the garlic bulbs. They come up in the spring before the bulbs are ready. We were thrilled to get our hands on a few.

The scapes have the taste and texture of a garlicky green bean pickle. They are incredibly fragrant with an incredibly light but amazing garlic flavor. We added handfuls of locally grown onion blossoms, chives and lavender! They are perfect right out of the jar with some charcuturie. Or put them with your favorite treats - burgers, potato salad or cocktails.

Ingredients: Garlic scapes, white vinegar, filtered water, hawaiian sea salt, onion blossoms, chives, lavender, coriander.

Hoshigaki (Whole Dried Persimmons)

A centuries old tradition, Hoshigaki means the drying of whole persimmons.

We take whole Hachiya persimmons, peel them and hang them to dry in our sunny windows. The persimmons are hung for a few months and slowly turn into dried fruit that tastes like sweet candy.

After a couple months of drying time, we have fully dried fruit.

You can slice the persimmons, add them to a salad or your favorite charcuterie board. We've also taken bits to add to our favorite pumpkin bread.
